Due to the tight budget, we cannot make allowances for illness or emergencies. Please see your travel agent about travel insurance for that.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Professors will accept students based on their experience and the writing projects they describe. While beginners are welcome to apply, the program is designed for more experienced writers or writing students.

Students may change the writing project they plan to work on, but they must agree the switch in advance with the professor.

We will continue to accept applications after January 14th if courses are not full, and we will maintain a waiting list thereafter.

Failure to meet any of the deadlines listed above, including submission of a travel itinerary, may be construed as cancellation.

In the event that we must cancel any workshop (due to lack of interest or force majeur), we will refund all money. We suggest not purchasing airline tickets until we inform students that we have met our minimum interest level for each session. However, we cannot be held responsible for air fares or other costs incurred by prospective students. Again, please look into travel insurance.
